Each student is issued a Picture ID card which should be carried at all times. 该ID的用途如下:

All articles that are found in the building are to be brought to the main office so that the owner may claim them. Items not claimed at the end of the school year will be donated to a local charity.

Telephone messages to students will be limited to emergency situations only. We will not interrupt classes to deliver messages which are of a non-emergency nature. 呼叫者需要给出消息的性质.

教区药物筛选费 ($50) The Diocese of Peoria requires all students of Diocesan high schools to be screened annually and at a randomly selected time during the school year. Students may also be randomly selected for re-screening at no additional cost to the family.

A student wishing to withdraw from Alleman contacts the Administration. He/She meets with administration and then completes the required withdrawal forms.

The student carries the form to various administrators/Counselor and all his/her teachers for signatures. 家长也需要在表格上签字. Prior to signing the form, each staff member will require the return of school owned textbooks, 等.

工作许可证
Those under 16 years of age are required to have a work permit if they are gainfully employed. Permits are issued by the principal only after all required information has been submitted by the student.
